How to Export Data Points from Breeze

There are a number of ways to export your GHG emissions and activity data from Breeze. This can be useful for reviewing calculations, producing reports for third parties, or doing a deeper analysis in Excel.

Map Page > Exports

The screen designated for exports is on the Map page. Navigate to Map and select Exports from the side menu. This is also available from the Home screen.

Here you will find a number of useful exports, including but not limited to:

• All Data Points - Audit Report | Download a full list of data points, including audit-relevant information like unit conversion factors, climate factors, calculations, and more.
• All Data Points - Simple Report | Download a full list of data points, including key information, for use in analysis.
• All Data Points - Unique IDs | Download a full list of data points with Unique IDs of all relevant connections.

Data Page > Bulk Edit

You can also download a list of data points from the Data page via Bulk Edit. To find this, navigate to Data>All Data>Bulk edit.

Then, select the data points you wish to download and select the bulk download button.

Home Page > Footprint Report

You can also download a filtered list of data points from the Home page’s Footprint report. To find this, navigate to Home>Footprint, then select your filters and click “Download” to download the data points in CSV.
