The File Library in Breeze provides a convenient way for users to upload and manage essential documents directly within the platform. This feature is designed to streamline file sharing and storage and provide a single source of truth for key team documents.
Users can upload various types of files, such as invoices, reports, or supporting documents, which can be accessed by their Breeze team members as needed. Files uploaded to the Library are categorized by simple fields, ensuring ease of use and organization.

Fields on Files
Each file entry has the following fields to track relevant information. Here is a brief description of each one:

Managing Files
To add a new file to the Library, simply click the “Upload File” button and select your file. You can add optional notes to describe or provide details on the file content, which can help with future reference and organization.
Uploaded files are accessible to your whole team, ensuring a centralized repository for important documents. Files can be downloaded whenever needed, supporting both ongoing projects and historical data tracking.
