How to Add Your Own Climate Factors

Are there activities you need to measure emissions for but can’t find a default climate factor? Or perhaps you’ve developed your own factors to use in calculations and would like Breeze to reflect them?

This is where org-specific climate factors come in.

How to add an org-specific climate factor

To add your own climate factor, follow these steps

1. Navigate to Map>Factors and click “ADD CLIMATE FACTOR”
2. Populate the fields as relevant to your factor. The Title will be used to identify this climate factor throughout the system.
3. Click “SAVE”! Your climate factor will be converted to a CO2e intensity per standard unit for use in calculations.
