Audit Trail & Logs

The Audit Trail helps you monitor and manage changes to your Breeze data over time, allowing you to maintain quality controls and audit-readiness of your critical business information.

The Audit Trail is the full record of Create, Update, and Delete activities in your Organization. Each individual change record is an Audit Log.

What is logged?

Every create, update, and delete activity for any field on the the following data types is logged:

• Data Points
• Places
• Sources
• Reporting Years
• Climate Factors
• Tags
• Users

Where to see audit logs

You can view the Audit Logs for any entity by clicking the Audit Trail icon in any edit window. When the icon is clicked, a window will appear showing all audit history

This is usually located in the bottom left of the window, just below the Unique ID.

View all recent activity in the Audit Trail

To view all audit logs in your Organization, navigate to Data>Audit Trail

Select the data type you would like to view records for in the dropdown and view all activity sorted by the date of the most recent Audit Log.

Export all Audit Logs

To export all Audit Logs, navigate to Map>Exports and scroll to the Audit Trail Report. Click download to get a .csv file with all Audit Logs in sequential order.
